iLet Technologies Limited is a company registered in Ireland. We provide cloud-based property management software and related services to letting agents, landlords, and property managers (“Customers”), enabling them to manage lettings, leases, payments, communications, and compliance obligations.
For the purposes of applicable data protection law, iLet Technologies Limited acts as:
- A Data Controller for personal data relating to our direct customers (e.g. letting agents, users of the platform).
- A Data Processor for personal data processed on behalf of customers relating to their tenants, landlords, suppliers and other contacts.

- Customer account information – name, email address, phone number, business details, login credentials.
- End-user information – tenant, landlord and supplier details entered by customers into the iLet platform (e.g. names, addresses, contact details, lease information, financial transactions).

- Payment and billing information – where customers subscribe to paid services.
- Communications – enquiries, support requests, and correspondence with our team.
3. How We Use Personal Data

- Enable customers to manage lettings, leases, payments, maintenance, invoices and compliance activities.
- Provide user support, respond to queries, and resolve issues.
- Authenticate users and maintain platform security.

We do not use personal data for unrelated purposes without informing the relevant parties and obtaining a lawful basis to do so.

Where we process data on behalf of a customer (as Data Processor), we will assist the customer in responding to any data subject requests.
